Who we are
This website, entrytwo.com, is operated by Krusch Enterprises Inc., 5005 Dalhousie Dr NW Unit 175 #1421, Calgary, AB T3A 5R8, Canada ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We operate primarily under Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA) and design this site to align with GDPR expectations where they apply.
The short version
entrytwo is self-hosted software. Your accounting data lives on your own server. We never see it, store it, or have access to it. This policy only covers this marketing website and the purchase process. We do not use advertising cookies or website analytics trackers.
Data we collect
When you purchase a license, you provide details such as email, name, company (optional), VAT/tax ID (optional), and billing address. Our payment processor Stripe collects payment card details. We receive order metadata (for example name, email, amount, and Stripe customer/payment identifiers) so we can issue your license key, email it to you, and provide support. We do not store your full payment card number. If you email us, we process the content of that correspondence to respond.
Currency display and hosting
To show an appropriate presentment currency (USD, CAD, or EUR), our hosting provider may expose a coarse country code derived from your IP address for that request. We use it only to choose list prices and checkout currency; we do not use it to build marketing profiles. This website is hosted on Vercel. Infrastructure providers may process technical logs (such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps) for security, reliability, and abuse prevention, according to their own terms.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set first-party advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not use Vercel Analytics or similar third-party analytics scripts. Language is chosen via the URL (and the language switcher), not a tracking cookie. When you use checkout, Stripe.js and related payment components may set cookies or similar storage that Stripe considers necessary to process payment securely and prevent fraud. Those technologies are governed by Stripe's privacy policy. We do not use a cookie consent banner because we do not run non-essential trackers on browsing pages.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (and its affiliates). Stripe's processing of your data is governed by its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. Card data is handled by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card numbers on our servers.
How we use your data
We use purchase-related data to deliver your license key, process your order, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, and send transactional messages about your license (such as the key email or important security notices). We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including PIPEDA in Canada and GDPR where it applies), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact us at hello@entrytwo.com to exercise these rights. EU/EEA users may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
