Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Who we are

entrytwo is developed and sold by Krusch Enterprises Inc., 5005 Dalhousie Dr NW Unit 175 #1421, Calgary, AB T3A 5R8, Canada ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using entrytwo, you agree to these terms.

2. The license

The Core License is a one-time purchase that grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use entrytwo on servers you control. The license includes security and maintenance updates for the major version you purchased. Major version upgrades are optional, paid separately, and never required. The version you bought keeps working forever.

3. Free trial

entrytwo includes a 30-day free trial with no payment details required. After the trial, a valid license key is required to continue using the software. Your data remains yours and remains on your server regardless of license status.

4. Self-hosting and your data

entrytwo is self-hosted software. You are responsible for your server, backups, and the security of your installation. We have no access to your accounting data and cannot recover it for you. We will never remotely disable software you have purchased.

5. No professional advice

entrytwo is a tool for keeping books. It does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. AI-generated entries are recorded with full provenance and can be reviewed, but you (and your accountant) remain responsible for the correctness of your financial records.

6. Refunds

Because a 30-day free trial of the full product is available before purchase, all sales are generally final. If something went wrong with your purchase, contact us at hello@entrytwo.com and we will make it right.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided "as is", and our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
